Hosta 'Valley's Greenstone'

J.Linneman 2013 NR.

This is a Valley hosta with almost plastic leaves. The leaves a shiny and thick. It's not know with parents Valley's Greenstone has, but I think that Hosta rupufraga or Hosta pulchella are some of the parents.

A beautiful green leaved hosta for in a pot.

Greenstone refers to several types of hard, durable and highly valued nephrite jade, bowenite. These Greenstone is found in southern New Zealand. Pounamu is the Māori name.
